From Idea to Impact: Our Year So Far

It’s hard to believe we’re already saying this… but our one-year anniversary is just a few days away. When we started Thrive & Co. Marketing, we had a vision — one rooted in community, creativity, and genuinely helping local businesses grow. What we didn’t fully realize was just how quickly that vision would turn into something bigger than we imagined.

Over the past year, we’ve been busy — in the best way.

We’ve built 4 full websites, continue to manage and update additional client websites, and currently run social media for 14 incredible businesses — with more projects already in motion. We’ve also created branding for 3 local businesses in Monticello and Lafayette, including branding for Legacy Cheer, Lafayette’s newer cheer program.

Beyond client work, we’ve been honored to be part of several community-focused projects, supporting businesses and local clubs such as Twin Lakes Soccer Association, PTOs, local real estate agents, and school sports programs. Giving back and showing up for our community has always been a core part of who we are and why we do what we do.

Every logo, caption, website update, and project has been done with intention and care. No templates. No shortcuts. Just real strategy, real people, and real relationships.

As owners, we want you to know how personal this journey has been for us. Thrive & Co. isn’t just a business — it’s something we’ve poured ourselves into. Late nights, early mornings, constant learning, and a whole lot of heart have gone into every step. Watching our clients succeed, grow their reach, and feel confident in their marketing has been the most rewarding part of all.

Looking ahead, we’re filled with hope and excitement. We see momentum. We see opportunity. And most importantly, we see a future where we continue doing what we love — supporting small businesses, staying local, and growing alongside the community that’s supported us from day one.
